"Sadhana" was born through my own journey of healing through success in holistic health and feeling the call to share and learn deeper. I am a Australian registered Naturopath and trained in India for yoga & Ayurveda and aim to support those in the Deception Bay community and afar and especially women who are overwhelmed and burntout.  I aim to support others achieve their health goals by making them realistic, supported and science backed. In a day and age where we are flooded with information - I  believe that real results in this modern day world are focusing on the right plan & support to achieve these results.
